What To Expect During Your First Appointment

For your first appointment, please bring a form of ID and arrive at your scheduled appointment time. The father of the baby is encouraged to attend if you would like.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW:
  • Services are free and confidential, and insurance is not required to request an appointment.
  • Real Choices Clinic is supported by a board-certified medical director and licensed nursing personnel.
  • We provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can ask questions, talk through your situation, and better understand your options.
  • Pregnancy test and ultrasound appointments typically take about 2 hours. Other appointments typically take about 1 hour.
