Available Help:
Parenting classes are available online, in person, and through mentoring, giving you flexible ways to learn and receive support.
Online classes can be completed at your own pace, so you can work through helpful topics when it fits your schedule.
In-person support and mentoring provide a welcoming space to ask questions, build confidence, and receive practical encouragement as you prepare for parenting. Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Classes are also available to help you prepare for birth with greater knowledge and confidence.
Support is available for parents and parents-to-be, including parenting education, practical resources, childhood development screeners, and access to a Nurse Lactation Specialist.
Real Choices Clinic offers a beautiful baby boutique with practical supplies for parents and young children, depending on availability.
Through parenting classes, mentoring, and support programs, clients can receive helpful resources as they prepare for parenting and continue caring for their children.

For Men
Support for men is an active part of what Real Choices Clinic offers. Partners are welcome to attend appointments, ask questions, receive information, and better understand how to support her through pregnancy and parenting.
Additional support includes one-on-one advocacy, fatherhood mentorship, parenting education, and programs such as Dr. Dad, Healthy Dad, and Diaper Dad. Men can receive practical guidance, encouragement, and support in a way that fits their needs and circumstances.
