How Do I Schedule With Open Arms Real Choices Clinic?
Scheduling an appointment with us is both easy and convenient. There are two ways you can schedule with us: online or by phone.
Online Scheduling:
First, go to our website https://openarms3.wpengine.com/ and scroll down the page until you see “Make An Appointment.” Click the tab and select a desired date for your appointment. Input your information and click “submit.” We will call to verify your information and ask a few simple questions.
Phone Scheduling:
You can call our office at 208 – 667 – 5433 and one of our front desk receptionists will speak with you to find a convenient time to schedule an appointment, ask a few questions, and get your basic contact information. At this time, we can also answer any questions regarding your appointment and gain a better understanding of your situation in order to discuss the best service options.
Whether you decide to schedule online or by phone, we will send you our patient/client intake forms via text message so that there is no excess physical paperwork to fill out upon arrival.
When you arrive, we will take a photocopy of your ID and if permissible, a profile picture to place in your file for our database.

We are located at 1800 Lincoln Way, Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814. We are currently on the second floor of the building, but are moving to a new office in the near future. Please check back in early 2022 for location and new clinic hours. Our current hours are listed below, and in special circumstances, we may see you after hours on Tuesdays.
Monday: 9 AM – 4 PM
Tuesday: 9 AM – 4 PM
Wednesday: 11 AM – 4 PM
Thursday: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
