About Us
Open Arms Real Choices Clinic is a non-profit pregnancy medical clinic that is donor-supported. We offer support, information, and compassion to those in North Idaho facing the challenge of an unplanned pregnancy. Our medical and support services are focused on educating women and men on pregnancy, and the options of parenting, adoption, and abortion.
If you or a loved one feels uncertain about their pregnancy, we can help you make informed decisions and guide you throughout the pregnancy process. We do not offer, recommend, or refer for abortions or abortifacients, but we can provide you with accurate information about abortion procedures and their risks.

An unplanned pregnancy can bring many emotions. We’re here to help you confirm your pregnancy through pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, and to provide evidence-based education so that you can make a well-informed decision.
Parenting
Becoming a parent might not be part of your immediate life plan. You might have a lot of questions, like “can I afford to care for a child?” or “will I be able to stay in school?” We can listen to your concerns and empower you with support and resources.
Adoption
Adoption opens several options for unprepared mothers. You can choose your preborn child’s family or decide how involved you want to be in the process.
Abortion
Abortion can be a surgical procedure or accomplished with medications. Both should require professional oversight. We can provide education about your rights as well as evidence-based education about risks of each type so that you can make the decision which is best for you and your pre-born child.
